A negative name certificate from the Registro Mercantil Central, payment of the share capital, signing the deed of incorporation before a notary, applying for a provisional tax number (NIF) and registration at the Registro Mercantil. With the paperwork complete, between one and three weeks depending on the notary and the register. Incorporation is exempt from transfer tax on corporate transactions.
